In a controversial turn of events, notorious gangster-turned-radical Lakha Sidhana, who is currently out on bail and facing charges in the January 26 violence in Delhi, has emerged in a video advising protesting farmers on dealing with tear gas. In the 23-second clip, widely circulating on social media, Sidhana recommends farmers to apply Colgate toothpaste on their faces to alleviate the effects of tear gas shells fired by the police.

This development has put authorities, especially the Delhi police, on high alert as intelligence reports suggest that Sidhana is allegedly inciting farmers to breach barricades and move forward. The video, believed to be from the Khanuri border in Haryana's Jind, has raised concerns about potential unrest during the ongoing farmers' protest.
